Filet Mignon
I ordered this entree for Easter Brunch and I can't wait to come back to have it again. I have never had a more flavorful, tender, melt-in-my-mouth Filet. It was outstanding. And so was the lobster … actually, I hardly had to chew anything! (Good for me since I don't have that many teeth left 🤣). Thank you for the beautiful, succulent, sumptuous meal. Uh oh, I just realized I clucked on the wrong menu item … I had the full Surf And Turf, not just the Filet.
Mai Tai
Of course I had to try the World famous Mai Tai & it was all it was cracked up to be! Would have had another, but I had to drive home!
Black Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi
Yes! Got to share a bite of this for Easter Brunch. Best you can get … anywhere. Will definitely order this again.
Surf & Turf
Ordered this entree for Easter Brunch. I honestly have never had better Filet, anywhere. So flavorful & so tender it literally melted in my mouth (especially good for me since I have few teeth left :) The succulent lobster was equally as sumptuous. I'll be back!!
Original Pupu Platter
I came in with my husband on Thursday night, and the bartender Melissa was fantastic. She couldn't have been better. I am from out of town, but my Uncle is local, and every time we come to visit we can't wait to get a Mai Tai at Billy's. We even have Billy's glasses at home in Indiana, and all our friends are jealous. The ONLY disappointment that night was there were no sweatshirts in stock for me to purchase and flaunt at home. We returned on Friday for dinner with the whole family, and the experience could not have been more different. Our server, I believe his name was John..(?) had an attitude the whole time. We had to go to the front to ask for water, for crayons for the kids (there were none), we had to ask for additional rum for the drinks which did not taste at all like the ones Melissa made the night before. My uncle and aunt have stopped going to Billy's regularly because of the service, and it was at my request that we all went. I could not be more embarrassed at my suggestion. When we asked for extra BBQ, our server brought it in a piping hot metal ramekin. He dropped the wrong food at our table, and when we said we hadn't ordered that food, he said "yes you did." At one point we had waited so long for drinks, my uncle got up and asked the bartender if he could just grab them himself for our table. I could not believe the attitude in which he treated us. It was absurd. I just wanted to share the juxtaposition in experiences. It's a highlight of my trip to come to Billy's when I'm in California, get a glass and a sweatshirt, have a few drinks, and come home with great stories. Super bummed that I can't do that. Except Melissa. She was great.
Halibut Ceviche
Tried this creative ceviche for Easter Brunch. Loved it all! The fresh avocado, plantain chips, and extra little kicks of spice made this a wonderfully refreshing, not too filling, wonderful beginning to our meal.
Coconut Shrimp
The shrimp was very succulent, the crust very coconutty, but the breading was just s bit too crunchy for me. Always love the sweet and tangy Thai sauce that comes with.
Key Lime Pie
I thoroughly enjoyed this desert on Easter Sunday … if you like Key Lime Pie, this is the real deal! Tart & Sweet and absolutely delicious!
Halibut Ceviche
The ceviche was delicious and full of flavor! The plantain chips were the perfect crispy addition and we were able to sit with a gorgeous ocean view of the harbor! Perfect Sunday well spent! ALSO, the staff was incredible and we also loved the Cho Cho skewers, the crab cakes, and the oysters! 12/10 highly recommend!
Pina Colada
I got the virgin pina colada and it is soooooo good!! You should try
